EcoCremation is a trading name of PREMIERE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, registered office: 35 Firs Avenue, London, England, N11 3NE. Email: info@ecocremation.uk.
Nature of service
We arrange direct cremation and related services across mainland Great Britain via our partner network. Plans may include unattended cremation or a simple attended service, crematorium fees and required documentation. Ashes are typically returned within 14 days to a UK address or scattered at the crematorium garden if requested.
Important limitations
- No repatriation from outside mainland Great Britain.
- Items such as embalming, viewings, limousines, flowers, orders of service or memorials are excluded unless explicitly stated in your Plan.
- Additional charges may apply for exceptional collections (e.g., bariatric, out-of-area, home removals requiring extra staff/equipment).
Payments & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP at checkout and confirmed in your Funeral Plan Schedule. Where applicable, third-party or newly introduced statutory charges may be passed on at the time of need. Card payments are processed by our external payment service provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
Eligibility & moratorium
Customers must be 18+. For 5- or 10-year monthly plans, age limits may apply at application and benefits are limited in the first 12 months unless death is accidental (see Definitions in our Terms & Conditions).
